Hi, I'm Melissa Renee.

I have a deep love for living a healthy lifestyle and staying active. I, myself, hit a personal physical and mental low years ago. I was partying too much, practicing poor eating habits and I stopped prioritizing regular exercise. But I decided to make a change for the better through hard work, dedication, sweat, tears, and a will to succeed.

My goal is simple: inspire, encourage, and help others reach their full potential, find their inner strength physically and mentally, and guide them to living their happiest and healthiest life.

It is incredibly rewarding watching my clients grow out of their insecurities and evolve into their best selves. I want to continue to be a positive influence by helping others be more mindful and make healthier choices.
